Your Data Rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. When you submit a deletion request:
- •Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days
- •All personal information will be permanently removed
- •Visitor logs associated with your account will be anonymized
- •You can cancel the request within the 30-day grace period

Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes:
- •Transaction records: Retained for 5 years per UAE Commercial Transactions Law
- •Security logs: May be retained for ongoing investigations
- •Anonymized analytics: Non-identifiable data may be retained
